They can operate from home or office and enjoy the benefits of low overheads, a full training and induction course, ongoing day to day support and onsite visits. You will have direct sales and administrative support from our head office staff.


All new estate agent franchisees are required to attend an initial training and induction programme at our Rotherham head office, which provides the basic introduction to move in move out and will lead to a fuller understanding of the business itself. Further training is arranged and provided after this on an ongoing basis to ensure that franchisees are kept up to date and able to provide clients with the most appropriate advice and highest levels of support.

Marketing and lead generation

We offer marketing and lead generation support together with advice and guidance to all our local estate agent franchisees. Our aim is to provide a regular supply of high quality leads to all franchisees in order to supplement their own local marketing and lead generation activities.

Franchise areas

As a move in move out local estate agent franchisee you are asked to select an exclusive operating area which you would like to work in and secure referrals for your own franchise business. This is usually but not necessarily based within close proximity to the area in which you live.
By securing a franchise area you are ensuring that all leads and enquiries received by move in move out for that area are passed over to you and you have the exclusive rights to operate there. Although our franchisees are not restricted from working outside of their allocated area, you are not allowed to work in areas owned by other franchisees.
We are ideally looking for ambitious franchisees that once you’ve got a significant market share within your initial territory you will look to grow your business into other areas and potentially also run your own team of local property agents.
Territory sizes are determined by the number of postcode areas that a franchisee wishes to cover. These are based on the pre-fix part of a postcode (e.g. DN1 (Doncaster), S1 (Sheffield), S70 (Barnsley), S80 (Worksop) etc.). The more postcode pre-fixes that you select the larger the area (and number of people / properties) that will be secured.


How much will I earn?

We offer an exciting ground floor opportunity to become part of a new and expanding estate agency. We provide an excellent commission structure together with administration support. A realistic OTE of £25k+ is achievable for full time franchisees whilst part time franchisees can expect to earn somewhere in the region of £15k+. Earnings in excess of £50k+ p.a. are possible for franchisees that take multiple areas.

Franchise fees

  • Setup and Training Fee: £999 +VAT*
  • Monthly Territory Fee: £50 +VAT** per postcode pre-fix area

**Subject to a minimum monthly Territory fee of £199 +VAT

*Any franchise fees once paid to move in move out are non-refundable. Monthly fees are payable by direct debit.
